Our Fair Usage Policy allows you to use our facilities as you please, but we kindly request that you treat them with care and leave them in the same condition as you found them. Any deliberate damage will not be tolerated, and you may be charged for the damages.

Our Behaviour Policy aims to provide you with the highest level of service quality. If you have any concerns or issues, we urge you to notify Road Master Academy as soon as possible so that we can address them promptly. We do not tolerate any form of violence against our staff or students, and we will take appropriate action if necessary.

Our Drug and Alcohol Policy ensures that all trainers and students are drug and alcohol-free during training sessions. If you have any concerns about medication or other conditions that may affect your driving abilities, please inform the instructor, and we will reschedule the session for you.

Our Smoking or Vaping Policy ensures that our training cabins are smoke and vape-free, providing you with a healthy and safe environment.

Our Dress Policy has no specific requirements, but we kindly ask that you wear appropriate attire, including shoes with covered toes.

Finally, our Excess or Fines Policy aims to ensure your safety during training. However, the driver bears the main responsibility for their actions. If you incur any costs due to accidents or road fines, you will be responsible for them. We understand that travelling to the training location can be a hassle for you. But, worry no more! Our door-to-door service is here to help. For any 2-hour session, you can opt for our door-to-door service, and we will come to pick you up and drop you back after the training session. Our standard charges for this service are just $100 per hour, and we ensure that the pricing and timing are adjusted to fit your convenience.

For more personalized training, we provide you with the option of training at a location near you for just $90 per hour, and you can pay as you go.

Our Start from Scratch program is perfect for beginners and consists of 6 hours of training delivered as 4x90 minute sessions. This program is priced at just $500, and you can add 90-minute sessions for only $120 when booked online.

We offer AUTOMATIC training sessions at the prices mentioned above. However, Manual and Defensive driving would cost an additional $50 per hour. Choose the training option that works best for you, and we will ensure that you learn to drive safely and confidently.
